Seaweed Rice Balls

Seaweed Soup

My Homemade Organic Veggie Soup

  • Short grain brown or white basmati (high in protein)
  • Pinon nuts 
  • Chia or black sesame seeds
  • Braggs to taste
  • One or two sheets of seaweed (nori) (to be soaked in water to moisten)
    (Cook rice for approx. one hour adding water very frequently)
    (shape very well cooked rice into small balls once cooled)
  • 4 cups of drinking water(bring to a boil)
  • 4 sheets of seaweed (nori)
  • Braggs or sea salt to taste

    (Especially good for people with a wet cough, allot of phlegm or chest congestion) (Mix all ingredients together and bring to a boil then simmer for 15-20 minutes.)
  • Quinoa (rinsed well and left to soak overnight)
  • Organic Broccolli and/or Cauliflower
  • Turmeric (To Taste)
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Sea salt

    Cook rinsed soaked Quinoa for approx. 1 hour; bring to a boil.
    Simmer while adding vegetables and seasonings for approx. 1 more hour.
