“The concept of total wellness recognizes that our every thought, word, and behavior affects our greater health and well-being. And we, in turn, are affected not only emotionally but also physically and spiritually.”
Greg Anderson
founder of the American Wellness Project.

About Jennifer Nelson:
What sets me apart from the average conventional Doctor and wellness Consultant is that I do not focus on one particular diet, but instead I focus on an integrative diet and lifestyle. I received a B.S in Natural Medicine from a private accredited college. I have a board certification through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners, and I am presently working on my Masters of Natural Health Sciences and I believe in a lifestyle based on whole foods and nourishing our bodies with the foods we eat. I believe we can help ourselves to feel good based on what we do every day to our bodies and our attitudes surrounding them. I believe as you become more balanced, other areas of your life such as relationships, career and creativity start to improve. You will naturally begin to crave those foods and activities that make you feel better.
